Two members of our Lady Golden Eagle Bowling Team, Zoey Elliott and Haylee Myers, competed in the USBC Individual Collegiate Bowling Sectional Tournament on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Thunderbowl Lanes in Allen Park, MI.

Both Zoey and Haylee attended the tournament for the experience of competing in a national collegiate event. Their day began at 3:30 p.m. and concluded around 9:00 p.m. after completing six 10-frame games. They had the opportunity to bowl alongside familiar faces from our American Heartland Bowling Conference, as well as athletes from universities like North Carolina A&T State, whose head coach is the former US Olympic Women's Bowling Assistant Coach.

Coach Beckley, who also attended the tournament, described the competition as nothing short of incredible, with 171 women competing. 

We hope this experience will help them next year as they both return to the Golden Eagles.
